About This Ministry
Second Chance Ministry is a place of hope, healing, encouragement, and restoration for anyone who has struggled with addiction—whether that struggle is part of your present story or something you have faced in the past. We believe that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace and that your past does not have to define your future. In Christ, there is forgiveness, freedom, and the opportunity for a new beginning.
Scripture reminds us in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
Second Chance Ministry exists to help people experience that truth in a supportive, Christ-centered community. You do not have to walk through recovery, temptation, shame, or rebuilding your life alone.
Galatians 6:2 tells us, “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
Here, you will find people who are willing to walk beside you, pray with you, encourage you, and remind you of the hope that is found in Jesus.
This ministry is also for those who may have already experienced victory over addiction but understand that healing and spiritual growth are ongoing journeys. Your story can become an encouragement to someone else who is still struggling. God can take the places where we have been wounded and use them to bring hope to others.
As Psalm 40:1–3 describes, the Lord lifts us out of the pit, places our feet upon a rock, and gives us a new song so that others may see what He has done and put their trust in Him.
At Second Chance Ministry, we believe there is always hope because Jesus specializes in restoration.
John 8:36 says, “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”
